  • Shipping Cost：Calculated at the time of purchase (varies depending on shipping destination and size).

9. Delivery Time

  • Works ready for shipping: Usually shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Made-to-order items: Production period described on each product page + shipping preparation period.
  • In the case of overseas delivery, it may take 1-3 weeks from shipping to arrival.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges because each piece of our brand is made by hand. In addition, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed (after payment has been completed).
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after production has begun, regardless of the reason.

However, we will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases

  • Damaged or defective products during shipping.
  • If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the Company if it is due to the Company's fault.

11. Return Time Limit

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and send it to our designated address within 7 days. 

12. Shipping charges for returns

  • Returns due to our fault (damage, incorrect delivery, etc.): Our company bears the shipping cost.
  • Returns due to customer's convenience (not allowed in principle): customer pays.

Some pieces are sold in limited quantities. Any sales restrictions will be stated on each product page.
