We may be able to ship to other regions. Please contact us directly.
Production Leadtime
- Basically, the works on this site are made-to-order, and we start production after receiving your order.
- The estimated production time is listed on each product page, but usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after the order is confirmed.
- We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
Limited Sales
Some pieces may be available in limited quantities. To be the first to receive details about limited edition pieces and information about restocking, please use the following methods;

Shipping Companies and Delivery Leadtimes
- Domestic delivery: Yamato Transport (delivery within 1-3 business days from shipment)

Overseas delivery: DHL (estimated delivery time from shipment)
- North America (U.S.A., Canada): 5 to 10 business days
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7-14 business days
- Asia (Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore): 4 to 7 business days
- Australia: 7-14 business days
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company or pick-up date and time.
Shipping and Customs Charges
- Shipping charges are in addition to the price of the artwork. Please check the shipping costs on the order page.

Please note that customs duties may be charged for shipments outside of Japan.
- The shipping company will charge the customs duty before or at the time of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for customs duties.
Compensation for Damage or Loss During Shipping
- In the unlikely event of damage or loss during shipping, the shipping company's compensation system will be used to compensate for the damage or loss.
- If damage or loss is confirmed, we will refund your money or arrange to reship the same work (due to the nature of the work, we may not be able to provide the exact same work). If we are unable to resend the work, you may be asked to wait 2~4 weeks for completion of the work.
- If you suspect that the work was damaged or lost during shipping, please take a picture of the work when you open it and contact us within 3 days of its arrival.
