Q. When will the artworks be available for sale?
All pieces are created individually by the artist and are only available in limited quantities. I will notify you via Instagram stories and newsletters when it's available again.
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
For overseas customers, pieces are delivered within a month which shipped from my studio in Tokyo. Once dispatched, your order will be sent via a trackable delivery service to ensure safe and reliable arrival.
Q. Can I return my piece?
SHINTARO KONO accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. However, the returned piece must be accompanied by the same accessories as when it was shipped, and it must not be damaged or soiled. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and other fees associated with the return. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. SHINTARO KONO can now ship to the United States, Canada, various European countries (including the UK, France, and Germany), Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and more. We are happy to accommodate other regions as well—please feel free to reach out with any inquiries.
Q. What payment methods are available?
SHINTARO KONO accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For customers in Japan, bank transfer is also available upon request.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
SHINTARO KONO will do its best to accommodate your request as long as it is before the piece is shipped. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, so please contact us as soon as possible.
